"Bathing builds the missing bridge between the urban world and its natural environment": that's why we chose to integrate the facility directly into the waterfront. The continuity between the public space on land and its continuity on water is at the heart of our approach when it comes to designing a bath that goes beyond its primary function as a swimming area.
Studio Baignade Urbaine presents a number of different Scandinavian-inspired bath concepts and designs. The wooden decks, steps and access to the water have been carefully designed to offer a multitude of uses depending on the season, urban location, political will, etc. The two series are distinguished by the direct environment of the baths and their geographical location.
