Winterbathing is a metaphor in action of the link between man and the elements. This sauna complex builds the bridge between land and water, hot and cold, dry and wet. The dark colours of the materials (wood, steel and cortene) contrast with the reflections of the sunrise or the subdued lights coming from the building.

 

The complex has 2 saunas, 1 common room and changing rooms with showers. Access to the water is via staircases, which are extended by a grid immersed at 1m20 to ensure the safety of bathers in winter.
